Product Advantages
Traffic signal pole types is made of high-strength Q355B steel or 6063-T6 aluminum alloy, and is hot-dip galvanized (zinc layer ≥85μm) + polyester powder spraying double anti-corrosion process. It has a wind resistance level of 12, seismic fortification intensity of 8, and a service life of up to 25 years. The structure complies with GB/T 23827 standards, the wall thickness of the tapered pole body is 8-14mm, and the flange pre-embedded positioning error is ≤2mm. It can carry signal lights, electronic police, radar speed meters and other equipment, and the load capacity is 40% higher than that of traditional poles. The surface is covered with Class III reflective film, with a nighttime visibility of 500 meters, effectively reducing the accident rate at intersections.

The shape is usually an octagonal conical light pole, which is made of high-strength steel plate cutting, bending and automatic welding. The general height is 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m, 7m, 8m, 9m, 10m, 11m, 12m, and the maximum wind resistance design can reach 60 meters per second.
In terms of functional frame, the decorative materials are also mainly steel, and the steel pipes, lamp poles and arms are hot-dip galvanized.
Surface spraying powder coating or any other standard required by customers
The lamp post is formed in one go by a large bending machine, and is divided into circular, octagonal, square, dodecagonal, hexagonal, etc. It is treated with hot-dip galvanizing and can be used for more than 20 years
All lamp posts shall be welded using high standard requirements, which require no spatter, full welding, no missed welding, and no undercutting. Q235B steel plate or equivalent grade steel plate shall be used, and the lamp posts shall be manufactured reasonably in accordance with customer drawings.
According to customer requirements, the lamp post can be powder coated, and the color can be customized. Reasonable customer requirements are acceptable, and OEM is acceptable ODM.
The packaging of the lamp post is made of felt fabric or other reasonable packaging, customized according to customer requirements, and the integrity of the lamp post is protected to reach the customer's location.
