Structure
Inner lining layer
Also known as the anti-seepage and anti-corrosion layer. Plays a key role in preventing seepage and corrosion in pipelines. The inner surface layer is formed by 90% resin and 10% surface felt. The thickness of the inner lining layer is 1.5-2.5mm depending on the diameter and pressure of the pipeline. Transition layer: formed by two layers of shortcut felt and 75+5% resin. Structural layer
This layer is a fiber winding layer, which is the key to product strength. The resin content is 30+5%. Quartz sand is added to this layer to improve the stiffness of the pipeline, and its thickness depends on the external force.
Protective layer
Also known as the outer protective layer. This layer is the outermost layer of the pipeline, which is composed of 100% resin. Its purpose is to prevent the buried pipeline from being eroded by corrosive media in the soil. In addition, toughening agents and anti-aging agents are added in this layer, which can resist the aging of the pipeline and increase its service life. Its thickness is generally 0.25-0.5mm.
